Limited Authority Mandate

1. Who this is between

This authority is between you (the customer named on your Relentify Butler account) and Relentify Ltd ("Relentify Butler", "we", "us"). It lets us deal with your household suppliers and service providers on your behalf, for the services you have chosen.

2. What you are asking us to do

You authorise us, for each service you select, to:

• Contact your suppliers and providers as your authorised representative;
• Ask them for information about your account - your tariff, balance, contract end date, usage and charges;
• Compare the market and identify better-value deals;
• Arrange a switch, renewal, cancellation or change on your instruction; and
• Track your renewal dates and prompt you before action is needed.

3. What we will NOT do

• We will not make a switch, cancellation or purchase without your approval for that specific change.
• We will not give you regulated financial, tax, legal, mortgage or investment advice. We tell you the facts (for example what you pay and how it compares); the decision is always yours.
• We will not hold, move or take your money. Payments to suppliers stay on your own bank card or direct debit.
• We will not take out credit, loans or insurance in your name.

4. Our promise on commission

Like a price-comparison site, we may earn a commission when a supplier we switch you to pays one. This never decides our recommendation. We always show you the genuinely best-value option we can find, and we tell you where a commission applies.

5. Your approval, your control

We act on your instructions. You can add or remove a service, or end this authority, at any time by telling us. When you end it, we stop acting for you and notify any supplier where we were named as your representative.

6. Your information

We only collect and share the information needed to run the services you chose, and only with the suppliers involved. We handle your data in line with UK data-protection law and our privacy notice. We keep records of what we did on your behalf so you have a clear trail.

7. Fees

You pay a flat monthly fee of £5 for each service you ask us to manage. We tell you the total before you start, and any change to your plan changes the fee from the following month. There is no charge for the initial review.

8. Limits of our role

We are an administrative concierge acting on your behalf. We are not your supplier, your adviser, or a party to any contract between you and a supplier. Those contracts remain between you and them. We take reasonable care in the work we do for you, but the final choice on every switch, cancellation or purchase is yours.

9. Signing

By signing (electronically) you confirm you are the account holder for the services listed, or are authorised to act for the household, and that you give Relentify Butler the authority set out above.
